Refund Policy

The InventorySoft Inc. strives to provide the customer with utmost satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our product, you are welcome to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. We offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request and obtain a refund in full by mailing us a signed letter with your name and all other details appeared in the original order. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order.
